Donated 4x4 vehicles are used for medical and civilian evacuations in front-line areas. They need to be able to traverse destroyed roads and go off-road to avoid drone patrolled routes. All are loaded with aid donated locally in South Devon.

We are repeatedly told that our trucks rescue and save many lives. The Ford Ranger (above) that Team Devon delivered in June 2024, saved over 100 lives in one night, in a daring and determined evacuation in February 2025. In June 2025 it was destroyed by a drone. 'Team Devon' immediately fundraised and replaced it within 4 weeks.

There are many brave Ukrainians, but this is an unusal story about just one we have helped. Since 2014, when Russia invaded and annexed Crimea, this man has been rescuing terrified, infirm, elderly people, left behind in the bombed out communities of front-line towns and villages. His minibus was very clearly marked, but it was deliberately blown up by a Russian drone in February 2025. Team Devon vowed to help him continue his work. A replacement (with rear wheelchair lift) was funded and delivered to him in the front-line city of Zaporizhzhia by Team Devon, just 5 weeks later!
